🧥 Robes & Registration

To participate in the ceremony, all graduands must wear the prescribed convocation robes.

• Arrival Time: Please report by 8:00 A.M. at the Reception Point. 🕗

• Hiring Fee: * Regular Graduands: ₹250

  • Rank Holders: ₹265

• Refund: ₹200 will be refunded upon the return of the robes after the ceremony. 💸

📜 Ceremony Protocol

• Rank Holders: Will receive degrees and medals from the Chief Guest on the dais. 🏅

• Other Graduands: Will receive their degrees from their respective Heads of Departments (HODs) at their allotted seats.

• Identification: You must bring your letter of intimation to enter the hall.

⚠️ Special Instructions for a Smooth Ceremony

• Punctuality: Occupy your seats by 9:15 A.M.

• Mobile Phones: Must be switched off inside the venue. 📵

• Respect the Procession: Please stand when the academic procession enters and leaves the hall.

• Family Note: To maintain the decorum of the event, guests are requested not to bring children. 🚫👶

• Convocation Robes: Available on a hire basis at the Reception Point.

  • General Graduands: ₹250
