Introduction

Ms. P. Sudha is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi. She is a dedicated and committed faculty member with more than 15 years of experience in teaching and academic activities. She holds a B.Com., M.Com., M.Phil., and PGDCA and is currently pursuing her Ph.D.

Her teaching interests include Commerce, Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Entrepreneurship, and emerging trends in business and management. She has a strong interest in research and has published several research papers in reputed journals. She has also actively participated in and presented papers at various national and international seminars, conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes.

She has contributed to several academic and institutional activities as , NAAC Criterion Coordinator, ERP Coordinator, MIS Coordinator, VAC Coordinator, and student mentor. She is passionate about providing quality education, encouraging students to develop their knowledge and skills, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment. She continuously strives to enhance her teaching and research skills and contribute meaningfully to the academic growth of the institution and its students.
