1. Dr.T.Geethanjali presently working as Assistant Professor in Tamil Language Department, NGM College, Pollachi . She has over 16 years of teaching experience. She has received 6 awards and published ten books and Twenty Book Chapters. She has participated several international, national and state level conferences, seminars, symposiums and workshops and presented research papers. She has guided five M.Phil. And five Ph. D. projects in Tamil Literature. She have published several research papers and articles in various books and journals. She is serving as resource person for various institutions. Dr. C. Keerthana is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Technology at NGM College, Pollachi. She has over 14 years of teaching experience in Computer Science. She holds a Ph.D., M.Phil., and M.Sc. in Computer Science. Her areas of interest include Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Mining, Cloud Computing, and Database Management Systems. She has written several books and published many research papers in national and international journals. Dr. S.Niraimathi is a dedicated academician with 25 years of teaching and academic leadership experience in the field of Computer Science. As the Head of the Department of B.Sc. Dr. A. G. Kannan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam (NGM) College. He completed his Undergraduate and Postgraduate studies at Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, and obtained his M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore.

His research interests include advanced materials, nanoscience, and optoelectronic materials. He has published numerous research articles in reputed international peer-reviewed journals and has presented his research findings at several national and international conferences.

Born on November 6, 1991, the 34-year-old academic brings over 8 years and 9 months of rich academic experience alongside one year of industry experience as a Financial Analyst.

Dr. Rajagopalan holds a highly distinguished academic profile, including a B.Com (CA), M.Com (85%), M.Phil (Commended), Ph.D. (awarded in 2026 from Bharathiar University), an MBA (70%), and a PGDCA. He cleared the UGC NET in 2018 and passed the CA Intermediate Group I (IPCC) in May 2015. She is actively involved in teaching, research, student counselling, fieldwork supervision, and extension activities, with a keen interest in promoting mental health and student well-being.

Mrs. S. Saranya is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Computer Science and has over a decade of experience in teaching, technical training, research, and student mentoring. She holds an M.Phil. and MCA in Computer Science and has built strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Internet of Things (IoT), Data Science, Python, Java, Cyber Security, Data Mining, and Software Engineering.

Dr. P. Sathishkumar, M.Sc., M.Phil., Ph.D., Assistant Professor, PG and Research Department of Botany at NGM College (Autonomous), Pollachi, since 2016. Prior to this role, I worked as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Biotechnology at KSG College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore (2014–2016). I have also 2 years of work experience in the field of Plant Taxonomy at the Fischer Herbarium, Institute of Forest Genetics and Tree Breeding (IFGTB), Coimbatore. Expertise in Plant Taxonomy, Phytochemistry and field-based botanical studies. With a strong foundation in plant identification and biodiversity conservation, I am dedicated to advancing research and education in plant sciences. My expertise also extends to Applied Tissue culture techniques, Ecological studies, and Biodiversity assessments.

Dr. M.V. Sathiyabama is an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Commerce (E-Commerce) at NGM College, Pollachi. With over 24 years of rich teaching experience—including five years at the postgraduate level—she is a distinguished academician specializing in Marketing.

Throughout her illustrious career, Dr. Sathiyabama has received 8 awards, authored 13 books, and served as a resource person for numerous institutions. An active researcher, she has secured funding for a UGC Minor Research Project and an ICSSR National Level Seminar, alongside receiving management seed money thrice from NGM College. Dr. T. Rajkumar is serving as an Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Tamil Literature (UG & PG) at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi. Possessing over 19 years of extensive teaching experience in higher education, he has qualified in the UGC-NET eligibility test. He completed his Postgraduation (M.A.) and M.Phil. degrees at PSG College of Arts & Science, and earned his Ph.D. degree under Bharathiar University at NGM College for his thesis titled "Pottery Art and the Life of Potters in Coimbatore District".

With specialized expertise in research domains such as Folklore, Journalism, and Modern Literature, he has also served as a project researcher for a UGC High-Level Research Project on "Kongu Region - Pottery Art". He has guided 4 Ph.D. research scholars, 3 M.Phil. scholars, and 40 postgraduate students.
