I am Mrs. M. Ragaprabha currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with International Business at NGM College, Pollachi. She is an academician and researcher with an M.Phil. in Commerce, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Marketing. My work spans over 12 publications in reputed UGC-listed journals and more than 35 paper presentations at national and international conferences.
With Ten years of teaching experience, I have guided PG research projects and actively contributed to academic growth through 40 Faculty Development Programs and 20 webinars. I also serve as the NAAC Criteria V Member and as part of the R&D cell team member Coordinator at my institution. My professional interests lie in marketing research, academic quality enhancement, and fostering a strong research culture in higher education.
