I am an academician and researcher with an M.Phil. in Commerce, currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Marketing. My work spans over 10 publications in reputed UGC-listed journals and more than 35 paper presentations at national and international conferences.
With nine years of teaching experience, I have guided PG research projects and actively contributed to academic growth through 40 Faculty Development Programs and 20 webinars. I also serve as the NAAC Criteria V Member and as part of the R&D cell team member at my institution.My professional interests lie in marketing research, academic quality enhancement, and fostering a strong research culture in higher education.
