NGM College Pollachi: Important Hall Ticket Announcement for End-of-Semester Exams
Pollachi – The Office of the Controller of Examinations at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (NGM College), Pollachi, has released an important circular regarding Hall Tickets for the upcoming End-of-Semester Examinations in May 2025.
All Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students are required to download their Hall Tickets from the official college website, www.ngmc.org, on the dates specified below. Students are reminded to bring a hard copy of their Hall Ticket to the Examination Hall.
The Hall Tickets will be available for download on the following schedule:
- April 19, 2025: Third Year UG (Aided & Self-Financed) programmes
- April 21, 2025: Second Year UG & PG (Aided & Self-Financed) programmes
- April 22, 2025: First Year UG & PG (Aided & Self-Financed) programmes
Furthermore, students are instructed to check the college website daily for the updated seating arrangements, as these will be changing. Students are expected to be seated in the Examination Halls ten minutes before the commencement of each examination.
The circular also emphasizes the importance of clearing all outstanding dues, including Semester Fees, Examination Fees, Library Fees, Laboratory Breakage, Hostel Fees, and Attendance Condonation Fees, before downloading your Hall Ticket. Students who have not cleared their dues will not be able to access their Hall Tickets as per the schedule.
