I am V.Settu, Assistant Professor with over 13 years of teaching experience in the Department of Human Excellence, with a deep passion for Yoga and holistic development , my mission is to empower youth by nurturing their physical , mental and emotional well-being. I am dedicated to helping individuals unfold their innate talents, build self – discipline and develop a balanced approach to life through the integration of Yogic practices and human values. My work focuses on guiding young minds toward personal excellence, self- awareness and sustainable success.
