Biography

I am Mr. N. Panneerselvam, serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Human Excellence at NGM College, Pollachi. With over 18 years of teaching experience in Yoga for Human Excellence, I dedicate myself to guiding students toward holistic development and value-based living. I completed my postgraduate degrees in Economics and Yoga, and earned my M.Phil. in Philosophy in Yoga. I also underwent a four-month residential Diploma in Vethathirian Philosophy at Aliyar under the direct guidance of His Holiness Sri Vethathiri Maharishi, which deeply enriched my understanding of yoga, meditation, and human values.

I actively participate in refresher courses, national and international seminars, and ICSSR-sponsored conferences, where I present research papers on yoga, women empowerment, psychological well-being, and healthy living. I publish articles in peer-reviewed journals and contribute as a subject expert in academic forums. Alongside teaching, I serve as an Internal Auditor at NGM College, and I continuously strive to promote discipline, self-awareness, and excellence among students through the practice of yoga and counseling.
