Dr. T. Vijaya Chithra, working as Assistant Professor in NGM College, Pollachi, Tamilnadu has 19 years of teaching & research experience. She is qualified with M.Com(CA)., M.Phil., Ph.D., MBA., MA (Hindi). She has published 35 articles in Scopus, UGC CARE list & Peer reviewed refereed journals. She has guided an M.Phil Scholar, guiding a Ph.D Scholar & 40 PG Projects. She also received 7 National & International awards from various reputed institutions. She has been sanctioned with ICSSR Seminar. Authored two text books at National and International Publications. She is an active member in many reputed national and international organisations and acted as adjunct faculty for PSG College.
