Dr. S. Subaithani is an Assistant Professor in the PG & Research Department of Commerce at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College, Pollachi. She holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, along with an M.Phil., M.Com., and B.Com. from NGM College. She has experience in teaching and research, with academic interests spanning Marketing, Finance, Digital Payments, Financial Inclusion, Artificial Intelligence, Consumer Behaviour, and Sustainable Business Practices. Her research focuses on emerging issues in digital financial systems, AI-driven business transformation, consumer behaviour, and sustainable development. She has published research articles in peer-reviewed and UGC-listed journals, contributed chapters to edited volumes, and presented research papers at national and international conferences. She has also authored a book on employee motivation, satisfaction, and performance.
She actively contributes to academic development through faculty development programmes, professional courses, research activities, and student mentoring. Her academic work reflects a strong interest in connecting contemporary business issues with practical and socially relevant research.
