Dr. R. Visalakshi, MBA, M.Phil., PGDCA, Ph.D., (M.Com) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (NGM College), Pollachi. With over 16 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, she is committed to academic excellence, student-centric learning, and outcome-based education.

Her areas of expertise include Financial Management, Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Industry 4.0, Business Statistics, Quantitative Techniques, and Mathematical Techniques, with a strong emphasis on integrating theoretical concepts with practical, industry-oriented applications. She has published research papers in reputed national and international journals, presented papers at academic conferences, and contributed chapters to edited books, reflecting her active engagement in research and scholarly pursuits.
