Dr.P.Jayanthi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce with Computer Applications, Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College,Pollachi,Tamil Nadu. She has started her journey as an Assistant Professor in the year 2009 after completing her Master of Philosophy in commerce. She completed her Ph.D from Bharathair University. In addition, she holds Diploma in Computer Applications from Alagappa University. She has Published One Book and 18 research papers in reputed Journals at National and International level and 29 chapters in Edited Books. She has presented more than 50 papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. She has attended a number of Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes at various colleges. Her specialization is Marketing, HR and Management Accounting.
