Dr. B. Indira Priyadharshini is an academician and researcher with over a decade of teaching and research experience. She is currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Commerce (Computer Applications) at NGM College.
She received her Ph.D. in Commerce in 2019 and has qualified the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) in Commerce. She also holds an M.Phil. in Commerce and Master’s degrees in both Commerce and Business Administration. Her areas of academic interest include Marketing and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Priyadharshini has published more than 40 research papers in Scopus, Web of Science, and other reputed journals, in addition to 25 conference proceedings and 20 book chapters. She has successfully completed three funded research projects, edited ten books, and authored five monographs. She also serves on the editorial boards of reputed journals, including the Journal of Commerce and Management Thought and the International Journal of Research in Economics and Social Sciences.
She is actively associated with several professional bodies, such as the Indian Association of Women’s Studies (IAWS), the Indian Academics and Researchers Association (IARA), the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Association (SSHRA), and the Teaching and Education Research Association (TERA). She has guided one M.Phil. scholar and is currently supervising three Ph.D. candidates. She has also organized several national-level seminars and academic events with support from the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR) and the ICSSR–Southern Regional Centre (ICSSR–SRC).
