In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and UGC Regulations, the ICC is constituted to handle complaints and promote gender sensitization.

Prevention: To create a campus culture that is respectful and safe for all genders through workshops and awareness programs.

Prohibition: To enforce a strict code of conduct that prohibits any form of unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature.

Redressal: To provide a fair, confidential, and time-bound mechanism for the investigation and resolution of complaints.
Who Can File a Complaint? Any aggrieved woman (student, faculty, staff, or even a visitor) can approach the ICC regarding an incident that occurred within the campus or during institutional activities.
Mechanism for Redressal

Submission: A written complaint should be submitted to the Presiding Officer of the ICC within 3 months of the incident.

Inquiry: The committee will conduct an inquiry following the principles of natural justice.

Confidentiality: The identity of the complainant and the witnesses is kept strictly confidential as per legal mandates.

Timeline: The inquiry must be completed within 90 days.
