Dr. G. Gnanaselvi is an Assistant Professor in the PG & Research Department of Commerce, Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi, with 11 years of teaching experience. She holds M.Com., MBA, PGDCA and Ph.D. and is actively involved in teaching, research and academic mentoring. Her research interests include Financial Literacy, Women’s Empowerment, Digital Transformation, Digital Inclusion, Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability and emerging areas of Commerce. She has published research articles in journals, contributed chapters to edited books, and published research papers in national and international conference proceedings. She is currently guiding four Ph.D. scholars and has served as a Doctoral Committee Member, External Examiner for valuation in autonomous colleges and Question Paper Setter. Her academic work focuses on contemporary issues that connect Commerce, technology, finance and society, with a commitment to meaningful research and the development of students and young researchers.
