INTRODUCTORY BIOGRAPHY

It is my privilege to introduce Dr. A. Gnanasoundari, Assistant Professor of Mathematics, Department of Mathematics, NGM College, Pollachi. She has more than 13 years of teaching experience and has completed her Ph.D. in Mathematics from Bharathiar University in 2025, with her doctoral research focusing on “A Study on Generalized Soft Multi Closed Sets and Its Applications.” She has completed her M.Phil. in Mathematics with specialization in Topology and her M.Sc. Mathematics with First Class with Distinction and a Silver Medal.

Her major areas of research include Topology, Soft Set Theory, Soft Multiset Theory, Soft Multi Topology, and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Topology. She has published research articles in journals and presented research papers at several national and international conferences. Her research interests include Soft Multi Topology, and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Topology.

She has actively contributed to various academic and institutional activities and has served as a Board of Studies Member, Innovation Ambassador of the Institution Innovation Council, Member of the Indian Mathematical Society, and RRC Coordinator. She has also been actively involved in organizing seminars, guest lectures, conferences, and academic programmes. As a passionate educator, she has expertise in teaching Topology, Calculus, Algebra, Dynamics, and Mathematical Methods at the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and is committed to innovative, ICT-enabled, and student-centred teaching.

She is proficient in C, C++, LaTeX, Mentimeter, Kahoot, Google Classroom, and MS Office applications. With her strong dedication to teaching, research, innovation, student mentoring, and academic excellence, Dr. A. Gnanasoundari continues to make valuable contributions to the field of Mathematics and to the academic community.
