The Department of Business Administration is delighted to present Dr. T. Manikandan, Assistant Professor, a dedicated academician with 16 years of teaching experience in the field of Management. Dr. T. Manikandan is committed to quality teaching, student mentoring, research, and entrepreneurship development.

Dr. T. Manikandan holds B.Com., MBA, M.Phil., PGDCA, and Ph.D. qualifications, with specialization in Finance and Marketing. His areas of interest include Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Consumer Behaviour, and Rural Development. Dr. T. Manikandan has published several research papers in reputed national and international journals and has actively participated in conferences, workshops, and faculty development programmes.

As the Startup Coordinator, Dr. T. Manikandan plays a key role in fostering innovation and entrepreneurship among students. He also contributes to various institutional initiatives, including the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), IQAC, NIRF, ISO, Student Scholarship Cell, and Centre for Student Welfare. Through workshops, industry interactions, startup awareness programmes, and skill development activities, Dr. T. Manikandan encourages students to develop leadership qualities, innovation, and entrepreneurial skills.

Dr. T. Manikandan has the distinction of being the first faculty member to earn a Ph.D. in Management in the history of Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College (Autonomous), Pollachi. In recognition of his dedicated service to students, Dr. T. Manikandan received the Best Faculty Award for Student Services from Lions Club International.
