Dr. P. Anitha is an accomplished academician and researcher with extensive experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. She obtained her Ph.D. in Marketing from Karpagam College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, in 2013. She holds an M.Phil. (2005), M.Com. (2003), and B.Com. (2001) from NGM College, Pollachi. In addition, she earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University in 2004.

With over two decades of academic experience, Dr. Anitha currently serves as the Associate Professor and Head of the Department of M.Com. (Computer Applications). She is a committed educator and an active researcher with specialization in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Over the past 11 years, she has successfully supervised numerous postgraduate research projects and has guided four M.Phil. scholars and four Ph.D. scholars to successful completion. At present, two doctoral candidates are pursuing their research under her supervision.

In addition to her teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Anitha has held several academic and administrative positions. She served as the Executive Assistant in the Placement and Alumni Cell of NGM College during 2005–2006. She has also contributed to various institutional activities as the Coordinator of the NGM Fine Arts Club, a Member of the Editorial Board of the NGM Times Newsletter, and a Member of the NGM Women’s Cell from 2008 to 2010. Her dedicated service reflects her commitment to academic excellence, student development, and institutional growth.
