Dr.P.Jayanthi is working as an Assistant Professor in the PG Department of Commerce with Computer Applications, NGM College,Pollachi. She has started her journey as an Assistant Professor in the year 2009 after completing her Master of Philosophy in commerce. She completed her Ph.D from Bharathair University. In addition, she holds Diploma in Computer Applications from Alagappa University. She has Published 34 research papers in reputed Journals at National and International level and 57 chapters in Edited Books. She has presented more than 70 papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. She has attended a number of Workshops and Faculty Development Programmes at various colleges. Her specializations are Marketing, HR and Management Accounting.
