B.Sc. – Computer Science with AI&ML

The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI & ML) offered by Bharathiar University is a highly progressive three-year undergraduate program structured across six semesters, tailored to bridge fundamental computing with futuristic intelligent systems. To be eligible for admission, candidates must have successfully passed their Higher Secondary Certificate (H.S.C. / 10+2 standard) examination with Mathematics or Computer Science as a mandatory component of their studies. Following the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and featuring mandatory industry-aligned “Naan Mudhalvan” skill development courses, the comprehensive curriculum shifts students from foundational core topics—such as C, C++, Java, Data Structures, and Python—into specialized intelligence domains. These advanced verticals include Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Fuzzy Logic and Neural Networks, R Programming, and Robotics Process Automation. This robust practical and theoretical matrix ensures graduates acquire critical problem-solving and algorithmic expertise, preparing them for specialized tech-driven global career roles as AI engineers, machine learning specialists, data scientists, robotics developers, and business intelligence architects.
