📩 How to File an RTI Application

  1. Application Format: There is no prescribed form. The application can be made on plain paper in English or Tamil.

  2. Addressing: The application should be addressed to the Public Information Officer, NGM College, Pollachi.

  3. Application Fee: A fee of ₹10/- (Rupees Ten only) must be paid via:

    • Demand Draft / Banker’s Cheque in favor of the Principal, NGM College.

    • Court Fee Stamp.

    • Treasury Challan.

    • Note: Applicants below the Poverty Line (BPL) are exempt from fees upon submission of proof.

  4. Response Time: The PIO will provide the information within 30 days of receiving the application.

🚩 Appeals Process

  • First Appeal: To the Appellate Authority (Principal) within 30 days.
