With a robust academic background holding a B.B.M., M.Com., and M.Phil in Yoga for Human Excellence, coupled with 18 years of teaching experience, I have developed expertise in subject handling, student management, and the performance of Asanas and exercises. My extensive experience has equipped me with the ability to effectively guide students, ensuring a balanced approach to physical and mental well-being through yoga, while fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
