Mrs.R.SUBHASANGEETHA has completed M.Phil in the field of HR from Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College,Pollachi under the Guidance of Dr.R.Manikandan . Her thesis entitled “Professional Commitment among teachers working in arts in science colleges. M.Com(CA) & B.Com(CA) from the same institution. Her research interest is HR and new technological developments in HR and marketing. She holds up a stable record of 5 years of teaching experience and 3 years of research experience in the area of HR and marketing. She has presented around 8 papers in national & international conference and around 9 papers in national & international seminar and published 3 papers in UGC CARE JOURNAL. She underwent a training program organised by Infosys ,Bangalore topic entitled “Project Genesis”.
