Dr. T. Manikandan, an accomplished academic professional with over 14 years of experience as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at NGM College, Pollachi, holds the distinction of being the first Management Doctorate in the institution. Specializing in Finance and Marketing, he boasts an impressive academic portfolio, including an MBA, M.Phil., PGDCA, and Ph.D.

Dr. Manikandan is celebrated for his dedication to academic excellence and student development. He has an extensive publication record in reputed journals and has co-authored books that offer valuable insights into management studies. Actively engaged in international conferences, workshops, and webinars, he demonstrates a strong commitment to continuous learning.

Recipient of the “Best Faculty for Student Services” award, Dr. Manikandan has successfully coordinated key institutional initiatives such as the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) and the Rural Entrepreneurship Development Cell (REDC). In addition, he has guided M.Phil. research and played a pivotal role in curriculum development.
