Dr. D. Divya holds a Ph.D. in Commerce from Bharathiar University, in the year 2024, and has also qualified in the NET and TNSET examinations, with a strong academic background in commerce. Her area of specialization is Marketing and HRM. She started her career in 2012 at Sree Saraswathi Thyagaraja College as an Assistant professor in the Department of Commerce. In 2016, she joined the Department of Commerce (Finance) at Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College and at present she is working in the Department of M.Com International Business. She holds memberships in IFERP and the Indian Accounting Association and was awarded University First Rank for her PG degree from Bharathiar University. She has published Eight research articles in UGC care list journals and presented 29 papers at National and International Seminars and Conferences . She has attended 19 workshops, 30 Faculty Development Programs, 20 webinars, and completed 4 MOOC courses. Throughout her career, she has actively participated in various capacity-building and skill-development programs.
